is here in the flesh with his own singles album titled “Still Young” which has
two songs which are “Still Young” and “Fire”. The true player of the beats is
here and it is only an honour to review this man’s album.
“Still Young”
is a song about glorifying the legends the true contenders of the game, the
real champions the ones who last and the last one standing, which according to
this song is J.Y.Park himself. The song has simplistic lyrics which boast about
J.Y.Park’s long reign as a music content creator and an entertainer. He compares
himself to the new and recent idol groups, and how he has outrun them all.
The music
video is a homage J.Y.Park makes to himself, the different decades of people he
has entertained and how he himself has evolved as an entertainer through the
years. It is worth watching rather than telling you about it.
The next track
is my favourite track because it has an amazing music video! It has Conan O’Brien
and Steven Yeun in it! Along with Jimin as well, the song “Fire” is about
submitting yourself to the music and getting things heated up by setting the
dance floor on FIRE! The song is a simplistic dance number that is really
addictive to listen to and the music video features WonderGirls and TWICE!
I love both
the songs, it has an addictive melody and the lyrics are simple yet quirky and witty!
