Don't you just love a good carnival?? The crowd, the food, the rides, Parents screaming for their kids and vice versa and the overall excited feeling you get just being there in all that chaos!

If you like Carnivals the way I do, then you are in luck my amigo! BECAUSE it is Carnival time here in B.A.P’s realm, so you better get your crayons out! You know what I am saying eh?

Now if you are like me, then you are still caught up in the whole "Young, Wild and Free" Matrix Album... and what does B.A.P say about that? Nothing.. the sweet munchkins gives you another set of song to go GAGA over! "Carnival" is their fifth mini album and the songs lined up in this are:

01. Today
02. Carnival
03. Feel So Good
04. Go
05. Albatross
06. My Girl

Now let us get on with the songs.. "Today" begins like a promise.. all loud, brave and daring. This song speaks of hope and all things good, which is what B.A.P strongly stands by. The song echoes the time and again spoken truth of seizing the day. "Carpe Diem" if you want to sound fancy!

A simple yet tasteful intro melody to really set the mood and tempo of the album.

The album eases into the next song "Carnival". Since the previous song spoke of getting hold of today and making the best of it as possible, "Carnival" plunges deeper by exaggerating one way of seizing the day- by confessing to one's crush! A sweet loud love song that makes for a great dance beat... so just let go and let love fill ya, and in the words of the charming men themselves - "Ooh la la Shake it shake it!"

Up next is the third song and the supposed title track of the album "Feel So Good". Feel so Good makes you feel so good, with its beats, its lyrics and the overall freshness it glows with. The song is made up of all the cheesiest lines of a love song, yet they do not feel redundant nor do they feel dull. Some thing about the way this song is rendered gives it a zingy addictive feel.

The music video is a carnival in itself! colours everywhere you see and the men of B.A.P are all quirky, weird and in their best form! ahhahah they even look good when they are pelvic thrusting..

Such hard working men! they try to have a sense of consistency in the scenes and so pelvic thrust as they shop as well! Also notice the swagger looks they give as they glance through what is available in each aisle!

Hanging out with friends will never be the same for me now.. I can't believe that they look good doing this!

Also! I love the new look Zelo has gone for! the pop of colour! and not to mention the cute showdown between the two rappers in the group.. priceless.. it looks like a cub trying to fight down a lion!

The music video has many gem like moments like these and they are best to be watch in the video then in gifs like these.. what I am saying is, you should definitely check out the music video!

Moving on with the other songs in the album, we have "Go" which takes a step down in the pace but spices it up with the lyrics and the layering of beats. The song has a cute whistle like retro tune as it reaches the chorus and that gives the song more charm. This is one song that you might want to listen again. I get the feeling that the rhythm is vaguely familiar, if you feel the same way, hit me up in the comments section below.

"Albatross" has a suave pop rock beat/ feel to it. Kinda reminiscent to the whole theme touched by "Today". The song has a rock anthem like feel and is a personal favourite of mine. An easy, instant pick me up song you can go to! :) The clap along beat that comes towards the later half of this song gives it more flavour and made me like it even more.

And finally we come to a simple rustic acoustic melody. "My Girl" is like the chocolate fudge brownie that comes after the hearty meal. The song is confessional in tone and sweet to a fact that is melts your heart. "My Girl" is mellow rock ballad like song and when Bang Young Guk and Zelo rap..... its like somebody poured warm strawberry jam on the chocolate brownie. If all this doesn't make you want to listen to the song, then I do not know what will. The song is pure, and straight to the point.

With that we come to the end, tell me what you though of B.A.P's mini album "Carnival" in the comments section below. And while you do that, I am going to look out for friends who I can jiggle with. WITH PERFECT SYNCHRONIZATION! I think it might be a bit difficult but we will see..
