The babies of WINNER came and conquered like it was meant to be. The boys showed off skill and style that is bound to make even the strongest woman faint in their charms. Its like they were silent for so long that INNER CIRCLES boycotted the so called milking technique YG was doing with Winner. But then WINNER takes a 360 and delivers a plate of fabulous in the face of INNER CIRCLES making them fall in love with these boys all over again...

Now enough of blowing the trumpets, lets get down to the album- Exit Movement E. I wonder why "E" I sure hope that they don't name the next albums "X" "I" and "T". or will they?

The album Exit Movement E has a total of five tracks, which you can see below

*Uh-hum* My beau (?) Nam TaeHyun seems to have his name in most of the songs but so does Mino and Seung Hoon. Korean Idols groups who pen down, compose and produce their own tracks seem to be the "IN" thing this season..

The first track "Baby Baby" has such a bluesy tones and swagger to it, that I just had to bring my squad to the floor and belt some awesome synchronized dance moves. Check em out!

The song pretty much has a prayer like chorus that is quiet easy to memorize and sing perfectly... "Baby ...bay....bey!" ooohh-uuuuhhh... I love this song. It is perfect for them not so active days, for those drowsy afternoon and long drives in the nights..

The music video is shows different shades of loneliness... each member tries different ways to ward it off, but it just doesn't work. Kudos to the squad of WINNER for shedding the pure boy innocent image and walking down the road of a realistic twenty-something guy's life. I don't however think INNER CIRCLE was ready for it though. Great effort and I absolutely love it.

The second song is "Sentimental" which is much like a happy-go-lucky feel good song. The song is bright and cheery and begs for you to get up and dance... just a wiggle here and there. The drum beats and the funky like beats which rise and fall as they want makes for a fun listen.

The music video is a must watch for the way it is filmed. I have nothing more to add to that. On a side note, all three music video are a must watch, each have their own flavour and distinct style and seems to stem off from one another.

The third track in the album is "Immature" which is kinda "meh!"

Compared to the other tracks, yes it was a bit underwhelming. The song sounds like it is catering to the typical boy group of the west in terms of its musicality.

The fourth and fifth song are my all time favourite! An easy kill in the charts if you ask me. The fourth track is "I'm Young" which is Nam TaeHyun's solo song.. my feels.

The song tries to patch up a relationship gone sour. Nam TaeHyun's heartbreak-like-voice delivers the essence of the song oh so beautifully that I just had to drop everything and listen to it.... ten times.

The music video DESERVES AN AWARD YO! The acting is phenomenal, the way it was shot phenomenal, the french lady phenomenal, her french even more phenomenal!.

The music video has such an intense climax that is better viewed then spoken about. You should see it!

"Pricked" was the last track in the album. The song was already pre-released and got quiet a few raves from the audience. The song obviously speaks about love and pangs and pains of it...

In all, the album "Exit Movement:E" is an all-kill!

What do you think?

I quiet frankly cannot shut up about this woman's voice... I think I found my soul sister...

Jung In could very easily be named as one of the few who possesses the most unusually unique voice in the Korean Music industry. While I was online, I came across a bunch of Netizens who claimed that she was the Korean Adele... True that they DO have a unique vocal register but come on yall! they are two different people.....

Anyway, the soulful singer recently dropped her fifth EP album entitled “Rare”. The EP consists a total of four beautifully distinct songs namely “Beatle Beatle”, “UUU”, “Talk Talk. Ft San E” and lastly, “Ion.”

The album kicks off with a soulful track “Beatle Beatle”. With very minimal musical accompaniment, Jung In penetrates the listener’s ears and makes her way to your mind in ease as her voice vibrates and resonates deep within. The song is moving, powerful and talks about finding ones footing in this world. The song which compasses for three minutes and forty seconds merely touches the tip of iceberg of what Jung In is truly capable but this song surely does give its listeners a taste of her melodious voice.

“UUU” is the title track of this album and speaks about trying to get into the heart of one’s love, trying to understand what one’s significant other truly feels or thinks. The song has an overwhelming chorus and Jung In leaves no high notes untouched as she reaches her climax in the song. This song is bound to be a favourite and is a recommended listen. The music video shows a couple who are on the verge of falling apart. Jung In’s emotions are echoed beautifully in the music video and the imagery and illusions created are perfect.

“Talk Talk” features San E and the song is romantic with its typical ballad like melody. With dramatic piano tunes chiming in, San E narrates like a poet. That and Jung In subdued musings make this song enchanting and intriguing. The chorus is simple and rather directly makes its love confession known. Feature songs always do bring out the best in a singer and “Talk Talk” aptly delivers.

The last song is “Ion” which has a unique arrangement of melody. The abrupt singing adds tension in the song which elevates the emotions of “Ion”. Once again, minimalistic instrumental accompaniments are all engulfed by Jung In’s vocal range. This typical brooding melody is haunting and is sure to leave a deep impression in you. Jung In sounds more like she is confiding, narrating a tale and immediately plunges into unsurmountable notes with force and flair.

Jung In is one singer that has a voice that will hook itself onto the listeners and haunt them. Once you listen to Jung In, you will be asking for more.. “Rare” is the perfect name given to this Ep as it is one of the best possible ways to describe Jung In.

I only fell asleep for a while but by that time, Crush’s new single “Don’t Forget” featuring Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon has been hitting the roofs like cray-cray! The song is quickly getting a mass number of avid music lovers under its belt. Now enough of the praise, lets get down to the song and what it is all about...

The song "Don't Forget" long been anticipated by fans of Crush and others since they announced the collaboration of Crush and Girl’s Generation Taeyeon for it. The song “Don’t forget” was previously sung by Crush during his concert “Crush 1st Solo Concert – Crush on You.”, The concert audience feel in love with “Don’t Forget” and asked for it to be official released on music portals...

"Ask and ye shall receive, said the lord Crush"

According to 1thek's description of the song, 'Don’t forget' is a meaning song for Crush as it sings the hope to keep the memories spent with the most beloved one in the heart forever.

The song has layers of meaning hidden in it, rapped with emotions beautify imagery and a true sense of reality. Crush sings his promise that he would never forget the first intention when he started music in this song, which is also the gift for fans. The song illustrates the topic of 'Don't forget the love of fans and gratitude' in an elegant melody and emotional lyrics.

The music video is very picturesque as it shows beloved Crush walking along the snowy streets of Japan, praying and hoping his lady love doesn’t forget him. The lyrics give a sense of depth and realism to the song and when added with the crooning melody of both Crush and Taeyeon is truly divine.

This song is a must listen!

No seriously that was my reaction...... really.... for real. If you can see through the colour or gave up trying to, I got you, this is what the image is about.
Leessang's Gil's solo debut album 'R.O.A.D Project #1,'. The album has two songs.

uh-huh! The first being titled "But," features Baek Ji Young and the other one titled "Rolling," features Younha. The music video for "But" (heh!) will star Lee Hee Joon and Son Soo Hyun, and will be directed by Ryu Hyun Kyung.

Leessang Company released a statement regarding Gil's upcoming album, about how the other featuring artists and actors took time from their busy schedules to contribute to Gil's album. And then asked fans to keep their "eye(s) out" for Gil. oh, Senpai, anything for you! mhm! mhm!

Gil's solo is to drop on the 25th of November. I don't know what I am going to do then.

Yesterday that is November 11th to be exact, YG STAGE, the latest platform in charge of promoting YG Entertainment’s actors and actress, released the first part of Dara’s creative content collection. The photos highlighted Dara in an artsy and mildly dreamy atmosphere.

The photos are all fun to watch and are a joy to see. See for yourself and let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Admin Virgil,

Yes peoples of the world! we have been away for a while now but we are back. And what better to make a comeback at when the rest of the Kpop industry is making a comeback!

Stay tuned bruh, as we post about the comebacks!
Admin Virgil.

Simon D is making his comeback felt in the music industry! hey! hey!

he already 'let it rip' with 'Simon Dominic.' I mean if you have not heard that, it is here below, Chingu!

'Simon Dominic' is supposed to be a new version of his old mixtape "Simon Simon" which he released back when he was an underground rapper. A different version of that mixtape, "Simon Dominic 2014" was also unofficially released last year but enough of that bruh!

This track is SICK! This song symbolizes, represent and stands for all things Simon D is and believes in. The song brings back rhythms of the early 2000s, the subdued drums beats and the melody, but is tuned in such a way to cater to the present generation listeners. The song merely treads along the life of Simon D himself as he traces memories of the past, his twenties and E Sens. As the song progresses Simon D makes it clear that he can go up against the rapping world and he indeed proves his mettle in this song. You go, Man!

AND THE BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER UNLEASHED THIS TODAY!

"₩ & Only "is supposedly a maxi single which beautifully blends the vocals of Jay Park and the sick rap flow of Simon D. The song talks about the rappers who tries to have the best of two worlds- work and blatantly relationship by stating that he loves them both and strives for the both of them which undoubtedly makes him one and only. The song is a go to for sick beats and even sicker rap and is a package that is meant to explode. Simon D has truly delivered in this song just like his entire previous track.

The Music video is made for the millionaires as it is decked with star studded cast- Han Seung Jae, Sara Lee, Haru, Tablo, Gray and not to mention Jay Park and obviously Simon D. The music video does not picturise word for word of what Simon D raps but focuses more on the essence of certain incidences which truly explains itself in the music video. The music video has amazing backdrops and picturesque visuals. But it is in the end where Jay Park and Simon D pose with their money gun that takes the winning prize.

The song is powerful for all the good reason and the music video is only elevates its content. This is worth watching.

You better have listened to them at least twice by now! um?

There were some amazing comebacks, activities and debuts that took place during my finals that I was unable to fan-girl over =.= so I am going to go over all of them right now, hope you guys are ready for it!

Amber’s  solo debut mini album titled Beautiful consists of 5 songs - shake that brass, beautiful, heights, love run and just wanna- but before we go into the songs and how fabulous they are, let’s talk about the singer!

Amber is the first female singer (lead ‘rapper’) to get a solo album. heck, she beat SNSD to it! (Not that we are showing favouritism, but SNSD is Amber’s senior and technically they should have been the ones to…… you know.) but novelty can Amber bring to the table that the others before her haven’t. The album answers it all!

SM is like the master of deception! You think that person is good only at rapping or only at dancing but once they open their mouth…….. Need I explain?

Amber’s album oozes with feminism and female power!  The namesake song ‘beautiful’ crisply puts out the much clichĂ©d idea of ‘inner beauty’ and ‘be you’.

‘shake that brass’ is a fun song that shows Amber’s laid back attitude. The song just basically asks you to shake that thang- /wink wink/

‘love run’ (a personal favourite) is a song that best demonstrates Amber’s vocals. There is a sort of soothing yet breezy nature to her voice and as she sings this song, her vocals gently tread across. A song meant for easy listening and is soon to be a favourite.

‘heights’ is a party mix song that still pretty much sticks to showing of Amber’s singing voice.

‘Just wanna’ is a song done in collaboration with Eric Nam. This song is a little something for the western listeners. A simple song about love at first sight which is so cute coming from Amber and Eric. But I would have preferred if the male singer had a much baser voice as that would have elevated Amber’s subtle sweet voice and added more dimension to the song.

In short, Amber’s solo is a steal. Her voice is so breezy and so easy on the ears that you can listen to over and over without feeling tired.

Ever listened to songs on YouTube and read the comments to see that such and such a Drama brought them to that page? .....Not to mention that you too probably came across that page after seeing the very drama they are talking about..... *hehe*

OST or Original SoundTrack are music tracks solely made for a particular drama or film. These OSTs add more feels to the drama as background scores and as the drama comes to an end, the OSTs lives on to haunt the minds of ardent fans.

There are some cases where the OST of the drama is so powerful that the drama runs because of the OST. (okay, This might happen rarely, but I'm just saying!)

So, in this segment I have decided to put together some of the OSTs that are too powerful to forget that by the time you finish listening to them, it would be like you just watched the entire drama all over again. And probably fell in love them all over again(?)

1. THE HEIRS.

The Heirs had a good number of OSTs and some of them were standalone perfection. which is why it was difficult to choose just one. So my two all time favourite soundtrack in The Heirs are.......
Moments and Love is...! I absolutely loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee Moments! no words!

2. MY LOVE FROM THE STARS!

We already did a feature on this drama. But I still get excited when I listen to 'My Destiny'. This song literally flashes scenes of the drama in my mind when i listen to it.

Maybe it is the repeated lines of 'You're the one, you're my love' or just her voice, but it literally makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Also, another all time favourite is 'Hello/Goodbye' by Hyorin of SISTAR!

A HUGE FAN OF HYORIN! I just love her voice especially her mellowed-out-whispered 'Hello' always gets me...... the feels, if you know what i am saying.

Well that's it for this segment! Is there an OST that you absolutely love and want to gush over? Then do so in the comments section below! 'til next time, Chingudeuls!

As I was looking around for things to blog about, I came across this amazing video which literally showed how the beauty standards in Korea changed with the time, that is from the past till date. Here is the Video

        Credit: Cut Video

what do you think of the video? Even though North and South Korea were one at one point, it baffles me that their beauty standards pivoted in different directions. I guess surrounding and lifestyle really do make a huge difference.

As an added bonus we recommend you to watch the '100 years of beauty: Korea- Research Behind the Looks' as that gives more info on how the people's ideal and views were reflected in their concept of beauty.

As the first entry in the My Lounge category, we felt we should start from the very beginning. But rest assured we will not continue from the "very beginning" but focus on current trends.

             Give us your suggestions.
