What better time to do some star-gazing with your loved one than in the months of summer!

JUNIEL is here to set the mood for it with a rather sad love song named “Pisces”. The sweet lady is making her comeback after a year with this digital single. This is a song about a breakup with guilt and a sense of wanting to get back together.

"Pisces" is a pop ballad number which is beautifully rendered by a piano arrangement. This song is so calming. JUNIEL's voice is so immersive and so penetratingly addictive to listen to. Her voice creates that sense of wanting to be with your loved ones and it really emits the sorrow and longing that the lyrics speak of.
The music video is aesthetically appealing and adds to the environment, mood and theme of the song. The music video shows JUNIEL and her significant other in embraces and walks, sharing and enjoying the love that she wishes she still had.

A lot of mixed reaction over this song has been popping up online but I for one really enjoyed this song and would highly recommend that you listen to it.

The Wonder Girls are back with their new singles album titled “Why so Lonely”.

The four-member band released their latest single “Why So Lonely.” It features three songs, which includes the tracks

1. Why So Lonely *Title
2. 아름다운 그대에게 (To the Beautiful You)
3. Sweet & Easy

The title track “Why so Lonely” was co-written and co-composed by members Hyelim, Sunmi, and Yubin, along with Hong Ji Sang. The song is so heavily influenced by old school times majorly the 1970s. I love the jazzy like feel this song emits and also the chorus and how soothing it is to the ears. “Why so Lonely” is a song about feel anxious or not really content with the relationship, in other words the girls feel lonely although there are with their so called significant other. The music video is colourful but is not in-your-face with it, it is muted to mimic its time and the girls are shown torturing their man for making them feel lonely.

“To the beautiful you” is another retro mellow well tempo beat number. I love the soft mellowed songs they are coming out with. This love song is just another example; the group harmonise so effortlessly and so beautifully, it is pure pleasure to listen to them sing.

“Sweet and Easy” is, well just like its name suggests, the song is sweet and easy. An easy and simple love song that describes that their love is innocent, sweet and easy. The beats remind me of some of the “Cardcaptor Sakura” Osts. Hahahhaa I love this song, in fact I love all the three songs in this singles album, you should definitely listen to this album by the Wonder Girls!

Let me know what you thought about it in the comments section below.

B2ST recently made their comeback as a five membered group (sorry I wrote that, it hurts me too!) with their 3rd Album titled "Highlight". The mega anticipated album has a whopping total of twelve songs including one instrumental track and a couple of solo numbers by the members as well. The list of all the tracks in the album are as follows:

01 하이라이트 (Highlight)
02 리본 (Ribbon)
03 Butterfly
04 연습
05 When I...
06 궁금해
07 Found you (준형 Solo)
08 Baby it`s you (두준&기광 Duet)
09 나와 (요섭 Solo)
10 I`ll give you my all (동운 Solo)
11 자요

12 리본 (Ribbon) (Inst.)

하이라이트 (Highlight) is the first track in the album and the song does justice to its name. The song is a definite highlight in terms of its beats and the drops and the the power-packed vocals B2ST provides. It is really addicting to hear them just say "Highlight". The song is beautiful to listen to and is a great start to their album.

Up next we have one of the title number in this album "리본" (Ribbon) which is a beautiful ballad track about falling apart in a relationship. The song compares breaking up to the act of undoing a ribbon, you can thank the genius JunHyung for that! The song has such an effortlessness about itself that it is sure to pull you into it when you listen to it. The song is beautiful and even beautiful is the highnotes in it and the music video that accompanied this. This here is the complete package. Ribbon is an instant favourite of mine.

"Butterfly" is another title, well I dont really know if I should call it a title or a pre-title/ teaser track for the album. But whatever was the promotional name for it doesnt matter. The song is another heart melting number of love and adoration. The vocals shine through in this number and the harmonies in this are pure gold. The music video that accompanined this track shows the men in some of the most visually appealing backdrops I have ever seen.

"연습 중" (I do not know the official English title for this) starts off with this swagger like beats, the rhythm is subdued and that really gives this song a laid back feel. The lyrics are sweet to listen to and this song really is so pretty and creates a great relief element from listening to two rocking tracks.

"When I..." to me is kinda like the Japanese single "sadstory" that they release a long while ago. "When I" is swaying number that sings about reminiscence of the past relationships in such a powerful, moving way. This song is sure to blow your mind away both with its beats and it lyrics. Another instant favourite in this album. I love dramatic songs like this

"궁금해" is a soft ballad track that has minimum musical accompaniment a good time into the track. I call this track soft because of it fluidity and how easy it is on the ears. You can literally fall to sleep with this track, it is that mellow and delicate to listen to. I love how B2ST arrange their songs, placing contradictory track next to one another.

"Found you" (준형 Solo) is a funky beat that builds up the tempo and the beat right from the start. The song has a slight touch of old school element in it. This solo number has some sweet English words in it which ass to the sweetness of the track. Such a cute track, worth a listen.

Duets always have special place in my heart and especially duets done within a group have such an aura about them. "Baby it`s you" (두준&기광 Duet) is one such number. The song has a Video game like sound in the beginning and the beat and its rhythm are so well paced. This typical pop number is so addictive to listen to, that I recommend you listen to it.

"나와" (요섭 Solo) is a ballad infused pop number. Yoseob, need I say more? His voice is pure chocolate when it need to be and suddenly becomes intoxicating vodka in a blink. That is the best way I can describe his voice. I love how he makes a reference to his own single in this song, got me screaming like a crazy woman.

"I`ll give you my all" (동운 Solo) is another slowly but mesemrising solo track. A confessional loves song that tickles your senses. I love this song and there is nothing more I can add to this.

" 자요" is the final track in the album. The song is so mellow and so soothing to listen to. I feel like I am floating when I listen to this track. Seriously, it is so relaxing listening to this track because their soft vocals on top of that delicately attention bringing piano accompaniment is a delight to the ears. A beautiful track, a melodious number.

And that brings us to the end of the review. Let me know what you thought of this in the comments section below and let us discuss on what you liked and loved about this album!

Hello! today we are going to do a review on Taeyeon's comeback mini album "Why". I am all for cursive handwritings but this title font for her album is one of the laziest way to write the three letter word.

The album has a total of seven song in it which are:

01. Why
02. Starlight (Feat. DEAN)
03. Fashion
04. Hands on Me
05. Up & Down (Feat. 효연 (HYOYEON))
06. Good Thing

07. Night

"Why" is a beautiful track about love and asking/claiming that the loved one is still in the singer's thoughts. The song is beautiful and its subtle EDM vibe really clicks well with Taeyeon's textured of vocal which is soft and flows like water. I especially love it when she sings "Why~". A beautiful track to kick off the album.

"Starlight" is a love duet and features DEAN in it and boy does the man deliver or what! hahahah His subtle soft voice surprises matches well with Taeyeon's softer vocals. The song has an addicting chorus line and the two really sound like they are in love. Such a pretty song.

The music video for both "Starlight" and "WHY" are supposed to be see in correlation with one another, and in the order that I have mentioned it. I am not really a delver in plot when it comes to KPop music video cause very few of them even have any but apparently this here is quite a story! Teayeon is supposedly meant to be some kind of alien and meets DEAN on her visits spends time with him but leaves when her land calls her. In the next video ("WHY"), she comes back to Earth only to realize that she is too late. Aesthetics is SM's key point and is well used in both of these music videos.

Enough "love and lost" tales now it is time for some "Fashion"! This song has a bass dance track which is mild but builds towards the chorus. I love how SM is now slowly incorporating a lot EDM soundtracks into artists' tracks. A fresh groovy number!

I love how intricately "Hands on Me" starts- the falling melody provide by the piano is so moving and adds a sense of depth in the tracks. This melody layered with electronic accompaniments really lifts the essence of the tracks but I feel that Teayeon is on a different tangent with the tracks. I can clearly see a distinction between the voice and melody, I don't really thing they blend well with one another. A shame.

"Up and Down" features HyoYeon and if my girl H is in something I will give it a listen and a good thing I did. The two one up each other in this incredibly eighties inspired track number. I love the tension this track creates and the beats are clean and slick, it is different form what I have been listening to till now. If feels like listening to some old-school Broadway performance. I would really like to see the performance video for this track for once.

I don't really know what Taeyeon is asking for when she sings "give me the good thing" in this track "Good thing". The tempo and tune of this song sounds vaguely familiar to me perhaps you can help me figure it out in the comments section below! In all I neither like nor hate this track, it is sort off in the middle section. Something about this track is off putting.

The last track in the album is "Night" which has a generic beat and doesn't really show her vocal skills in the beat light. I feel her voice gets drowned in the overwhelming soundtrack.

I feel this album was rushed and was really prepared well and I very much prefer her debut solo album to this. It is kinda like saying that we prefer the first film to its sequel but that is how it is here, the first album was way better and showed her skills off well. Let me know what you think in the comments section below.
Admin Fay~

Hi Hello Anyong~ So Obviously after my 1000 years of hibernation, I have decided o wake up just in time with SISTAR'S COME BACK ( I know I'm a few days late but come on I needed time to heal from the slaying) ANYWAYSSSSSSSSSSSS This is Sistar's Fourth Mini Album!!!!!!! I AM SO EXCITED OMG The Album is Titled as 'INSANE LOVE'

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SISTAR'S FINALLY BACK!!!~ CAUSE LET'S BE HONEST ITS NOT SUMMER WITHOUT SISTAR
So little me was all sad cause i missed my queen Hyolyn Cue Lightening and dramatic Music Starship decided it would be nice to slap us in the face with some teaser pictures.

QUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN

Such Beauty, Very Amaze

The photo's they released were pretty amazing!~
My favorite are the eye contact teasers

AND THESE

SO MUCH BOOTY AND LEGS!~ MI GUSTAS TU

THE MUSIC VIDEO!~

OKAY FIRST AND FOREMOST WHAT AND WHO WAS THAT WEIRD GUY IN THE STARTING WHO WAS LIKE LETS DANCE

The title track of this album is I Like That. This song is powerfulllllll~ It's addicting and its a really fast paced song. A dance song as usual but before we go in to the mv, this song is a sad song okay, Yes its a sad song, it talks about how this guy is all nasty and he's a playboy and he tryin to get some of hyolyn like boi what you think about yourself  sistar's attention back, so sistar is like really? just leave boi cause you're filled with lies and I aint got time for you.

All in all, that monstaX reference lol this song is really easy to get addicted and its going to be on repeat for a while. The chorus is super addicting and Soyou and Hyolyn are literally at their best in this song.

Now let's get into the Mv!~

The MV is super Asian Influenced. It starts off with Dasom staring at her very weird wallpaper. She then walks over to this spa/ dance hall place and the song starts~

I AM VERY BOTHERED BY THIS WALLPAPER I DONT KNOW WHY

/ Cue random shots of all the members me screaming and Dasom happy because she spots her squad/

And of course then the dancing starts and everyone s waving around their fancy skirts and showing off their amazing bodies my tears are real And I AM SCREAMING CAUSE THEY'RE ALL SUCH GOALS

Hyolyn then kisses her tattoo which turns into a flower cause thats my Queen for you she can cure cancer.

Basically everyone looks so aesthetic!~ Dasom looks amazing in her kimono and Soyou is slaying in the pool filled with hater's blood rose petals and Hyolyn is just being part of a flower arrangement cause she's a delicate flower herself aren't we all And Bora is enjoying the pool side.  All so random yet all so beautiful

Then the chorus dropped in and it literally had me like

Then there were more random scenes and a booty was involved so I don't question it anymore.

But then Dasom went all BAAAYUM and I was like wass gud gurl *wink wink*

Bora then decided that she didnt need long hair to look flawless so she cut it off cause PSHHHT she looks hot either way tbh

Insert more random scenes /more Spa room dancing and  distressed looking members/

Then This happened

and I got reminded of the Touch My Body era I dont know why TuT

AND THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN

Bora pulls Dasom to her and now they're going outside (?) cause they all seem dressed pretty normal BUT HA!~ you thought!~

They just got into their squad outfits, and danced

and then decided to cuddle in bed, cause who needs boys? Aren't I right ladies? cries

And then Bora cried at the end cause Dasom left the spa or because she hates her haircut idk.

I'm guessing the real hidden meaning was like Dasom broke up with a guy and she went to a Spa and chilled with her squad and walked out feeling proud and wiping her tears away

                                                     BONUS: Dasom breathes Fire :3

THE ALBUM!~

The Album on the whole has seven tracks, six songs and an instrumental of I Like That.  I Like that already has me crying so lets get to the other tracks!~

Track 2:  끈 (String)

POWERFUL AS ONE PUNCH MAN. The moment the chorus starts this will be you my dear.

This song is basically a super sexy song :3 where sistar is seducing a boy. So this song only has HYOLYN HYOLYN HYOLYN. I mean the others sing too but her vocals are literally elevating this song. There's this part where she's like Everybody Ready? And foolish me said YAAAAAAAAAAAAS but gurl was I not ready for the High Pitch she pulled on me at 2:15

LIKE UM WHUT EXCUSE ME?
what was that? I was not ready what SLAYED

Track 3: 해볼래 (Tranlates to I Wanna)

This cute song is just sajdhahdahadfhafhadfhak. Its a bit slower than the first two songs but remains powerful cause that's Sistar for you. This song just talks about being in love forever and how they just wanna try to be the most cute couple and keep trying their best to have a good relationship. This has to be one of my favorites. The way they say Haebollae~ is just magical okay. This one is worth a listen!~ Soyou's vocals shine better in this song!~
                                                        I knew you'd shine Boo. I knew

Track 4: Yeah Yeah

The moment this track started i wanted to get my jazz on and I just went

                                                                          You feel me??

It's an upbeat song as usual. It's one of songs that just plays and you end up screaming YEAH YEAH. So this song is about Sistar seeing a boy they like and they're like AYO BOI LET ME GET YO NUMBER I know he's the right one!~ It's super addicting~ Your'e gonna be singing this out of nowhere for a while.

come on my baby baby I say yeah yeah
Oh you can call me call me I say yeah yeah

This song is a fun and peppy song. It's the definition of a summer song. Its what you'd expect from Sistar!~

Track 5: Say I Love You

YES YOUNG ONES THIS IS THE ONE HYOLYN WROTE.

No really I'm not ready, I'm already done

It's a very slow song with a very easy beat to follow and it's going to take a while for this song to grow on you but once it does. You'll be addicted!~ This song is about Sistar asking the guy she likes to say I love You to them even  if he seems like someone who's cold, and doesn't seem to be talking or showing love to sistar and it's hard cause he's so cold so they need to talk it out. SO sistar is all like say I love you to me please. It hit me in the feels you know?

Track 6: 이불 덮고 들어 (My Sad Lullaby)

The last track just kinda popped up on me unexpectedly and i was like hmph okay let's see how this one goes, but oh the SADNESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. This track is just pure sadness, it talks about how two people are no longer in love and they're getting farther and farther away from each other. its a ballad ladies and gents, so get the tissues for this one cause its just so sad. The title translates to the quilt that covers me. So its basically like the guy left and sistar is all alone in their bed heartbroken TuT oh the sadness ;_:

The song hasn't even started and i feel attacked. I'm just emotional okay?
In all honestly and I'm not being biased but seriously this album is worth a listen and a buy!~ Watch out for the vocals, especially Hyolyn's part in String. I recommend listening to 해볼래, I Like That and Say I love you and of course 이불 덮고 들어 cause the feels will get you.

Also Sistar had an ALL KILL in most charts with their comeback

Do you feel? The feels of the feel? The feels of that feel that you feel? Do you? Well if you do or not it doesn’t matter, for we are painting the town red with the force of MADTOWN.

The seven membered boys group landed the month of June with a power packed release of their much anticipated mini album titled “Emotion”. The mini album has a total of five songs in it which are the - Intro, 빈칸(Emptiness), Yah할래! (Song by 이건, BUFFY), 비켜(Get Out) and LIE.

The album kicks off with a small intro number which is bluesy sad tune. This track so beautifully sets the mood and tone to the entire album, I have never been impressed enough to play the intro on repeat ever before.

Head first we dive into one of the most beautiful tracks the group delivered in this album. "Emptiness" is a sad song that calls to the ex- to come back and fill the emptiness that she left back in the singer's hearts. A beautiful song perfect for the bluesy cold nights. I love the chorus of this song which is mesmerizing for the vocal line of MADTOWN have really brought their best foot forward with this.

The music video is very artistic and sways to the emotions and the melody of the song, I highly recommend that you watch the music video first before giving the song a second listen. My favourite scene in the music video is this one..

      A beautiful track; must listen!

Up next we have "Yah! 할래" which has a totally different beat to it! The song starts of with a bang and the jazzy punk drum beats are lively and really picks up the pace whilst adding a bit of attitude and confidence to the track. The track has a very funky chorus and makes for an enjoyable listen but not necessarily something you would listen to on repeat.

"Get Out" is a dangerous song. The kind of song you hear when the Hero in the film gets down to face the Villain or some kind of epic sh*t is going down in the streets. "Get Out" is the party song for all the parties you will be having form now on. I cant stop raving about this song enough; the beats are dope and drop and rise with such flow and rhythm that it is insane. MADTOWN outdid themsleves with this sick beat infused track. Another must listen track solely for the beats.

The last track in the album is a subtle ballad number titled "LIE" is bold letter. Must be an unbearable lie that they had to emphasis it. The song is slow and tries to climb the bandwagon with "Emptiness". The song does have its good points in it but pales in comparison to the other tracks in this album.

Overall, MADTOWN is an exceptional group with MAD skills and I really like the direction they are taking of giving their fans a taste of different genre that they can handle/tackle.

“Drug Restaurant” (which was formerly known as Jung Joon Young Band) recently dropped their online album titled “Drug Restaurant”. The album has a total of four songs in it, which are:

01. Intro (정준영밴드=Drug Restaurant)
02. Mistake (Title)
03. Sexy Bomb
04. What?!

So let us get on with the review!
The album kicks off with their intro number “Drug Restaurant” which is a short song reminiscing with tunes of yesteryears and the perfectly timed chants of “Drug Restaurant” echoing into the distance. Listening to this song made me feel like I am fading away, or more aptly put by my man here

Slap right into the title song of the album - “Mistake” which is composed by Jung Joon Young and Jo Dae Min (Dammit), with lyrics produced by Jung Joon Young. The song as you may or may not have guessed by the title sings about making a mistake and being engulfed in it. The lyrics are gloomy and dark and when paired with the ever mesmerising vocals of Jung Joon Young is pure magic in the air. The melody is addictive and the chorus sticks with you. The music video stars newbie actor Park Hyun Soo who (so aptly) portrays the hardships a young waiter experiences at his job. How he takes revenge is the icing on the cake!

"Sexy Bomb" starts slow but only lasts a few seconds and immediately picks up the hyped beats in which "Mistake" ended. And then Jung Joon Young's "husky Moksori" kicks in and you are taken for a ride as he sings about the sexy bomb that has enticed him. By the end of this number, you will be sings "Sexy bomb, se-sexy bomb" with them.

The short album comes to a close with "What?" which is my reaction as to why there are only four songs in here. I so need more and more of "Drug Restaurant". This song is another gloomy number about pain and giving in to it. The song has a haunting melody.

There is something in Jung Joon Young's voice that is hauntingly hypnotic. He controls the music so well and his voice always seems to overwhelm listeners new and old. It is a peculiar charm that he has and when mixed in with the skills of the other band members creates some really explosive melody.
